What are our current initiatives?
- Fiscal Onboarding Program: Creating a comprehensive fiscal onboarding class to provide one-stop resources and training for new fiscal staff across campus. The class is currently in the pilot/testing phase, with campus roll-out planned for Spring 2020.
- Scorecard Redesign: Redesigning the monthly Scorecards to create a more interactive, useful tool for benchmarking and measuring performance.

- How can I find out more about the monthly scorecards?
- Currently, the monthly scorecards are on hold as we revise the program to make the scorecards more useful and easy-to-understand by departments. At this time, we do not have an estimated date when the new format will be available, but please contact (352) 392-1321 with any questions.
