All UF enterprise employees and student workers of entities defined in the scope of our policy, as well as personnel of third party vendors operating on university property who process, store or transmit credit/debit card information must complete the appropriate online UF PCI training course at hire and renew it annually.
Training class TRM100
This module is required if the workforce member manages an area that works with or processes credit/debit cards. Manager is defined as someone who provides feedback, approves vacation and time worked, and completes performance reviews of other UF employees.
Training Class TRM 150
This module is required for all non-supervisory, front line employees that work with, process, store, or transmit credit/debit card data. This includes staff operating swiping machines or other POS systems, as well as staff whose unit has outsourced payment card processing to third party vendors.
