Dear Credit Card Merchants:
You may disregard this notice, if your method of credit/debit card processing is exclusively manual and does not involve any eCommerce (IPAY, QuickReg).
We have updated our eCommerce Credit Card Refund form to reflect Banking & Merchant Services’ revised processes. For example, we eliminated the IP# column and provided additional lines for the form preparer as well as approver to not only sign, but also print their names. The new form (see attachment) can be accessed on the Banking & Merchant Services website as follows:
Please make sure to use from here on forward the new eCommerce Credit Card Refund form only when submitting requests to Banking & Merchant Services to process your eCommerce refunds. We thank you for your cooperation.
