Paying Non-Tuition Charges
Directive Statement
This directive establishes the proper methods of paying non-tuition charges out of departmental funds.
Reason for Directive
To ensure non-tuition charges paid by departments are adequately documented.
Who must comply?
All UF Departments.
Procedures
UF departments can pay non-tuition charges such as printer/plotter usage for their students, faculty or staff. These are charges that have posted to the individual’s account in the Bursar’s Student Financials system. Departments should:
- Complete the Paying Non-Tuition Charges with UF Funds form
- Submit the completed to Bursar, PO Box 114050 or by fax to (352) 392-3448
