Law, Medicine, Vet. Med., Dentistry, Health Related Professions Loan

First time borrowers of professional loans must complete an entrance interview to receive their loan. Students will be mailed an entrance interview packet containing all needed information and all necessary forms to complete the required entrance process. After UFS receives all of your properly completed forms, your Professional Loan will be disbursed either by direct deposit or through the mail to your local address.

Just a reminder:
Please note that you will need to list three references on the information sheet. Whomever you list as relatives on pages one and two cannot be one of your three references. Also, none of your three references can live in the same household. Example: Husband and wife.
