Entrance and Exit Loan Counseling is required to disburse and collect loans administered through the University of Florida and is mandated by Federal regulation. The counseling is designed to assist the student loan borrower with understanding their rights and obligations in receiving loans and help manage Federal and Institutional Student Loan Funds.
