Late Payment Fee

Any student who has not paid tuition fees or has not made appropriate arrangements (Fee Deferment or Third Party Billing) by 3:30 p.m. on the Fee Payment Deadline will be subject to a $100.00 late payment fee pursuant to University of Florida Rule 6C1-3.037(4).

A student who believes that a late payment charge should not be assessed because of University error or because of extraordinary circumstances, may request a waiver by submitting a petition to University Financial Services at S113 Criser Hall, (352) 392-0181. The University will require documentation.

Late Registration Fee

Any student who fails to initiate registration during the regular registration period will be subject to a $100.00 late registration fee pursuant to University of Florida Rule 6C1-3.037(3)a.

A student who believes that a late registration charge should not be assessed because of University error or because of extraordinary circumstances, may request a waiver by submitting a petition to the Office of the University Registrar at 222 Criser Hall, (352) 392-1374, ext. 7237. The University will require documentation.

Late Reinstatement Fee

Any student canceled for non-payment of tuition fees and subsequently reinstated will owe for all course fees plus the $100.00 late registration and the $100.00 late payment fees.
