Online W-2 and Year-End Earning Statement Access and Consent
UF employees are able to access their IRS W-2 forms electronically through the myUFL system. In order to obtain on-line access, employees must first consent to receive the electronic version of the form. Sign up now by logging in to the myUFL system and navigating to -> My Self Service -> W-2/W-2c Consent.
Electronic W-2 forms are available earlier than printed forms and will provide unlimited access to prior years' documents dating back to 2005. Once an employee has signed up, consent is valid for all subsequent years unless the employee chooses to withdraw consent, or upon termination of employment.
Employees who do not consent to the electronic W-2 form will continue to receive a paper form through the U.S. Postal Service. Printed forms
are mailed by January 31 to the address listed in the UF directory. Employees are responsible for updating their contact information in the myUFL system.
The electronic W-2 form initiative provides convenience to employees and
furthers our efforts to be a sustainable campus. Please promote this new feature
and encourage employees to sign up.
Procedures on How to Consent to Receive Electronic W-2 and W-2c Forms
PeopleSoft Navigation: Main Menu -> My Self Service -> W-2/W-2C Consent
Read the text, select the box, and click the Submit button.
Once you consent to receiving your W-2 electronically, you will NOT receive a paper copy of your W-2 form.
You will be able to access it online and print copies necessary for your tax filing or for other purposes as often as you need them.
You will also be able to access Forms W-2 and W-2c for later years.
If you subsequently decide to revoke or withdraw your consent at a later
date, you must withdraw your consent by following the same procedure. The check
box would then be selected to indicate the withdrawal of your consent.
