Dear Credit Card Merchants:

We received a moment ago the following update from our credit card processor Elavon, Inc. in regards to timeouts experienced today:

“Elavon would like to inform you that the systems have been restored and are now operational. The issue has been identified and occurred from 11:06AM EDT to 11:20AM EDT. As a result, Customer Service is still experiencing a high volume of calls and the customer may experience a fast busy signal.

With this temporary outage, Merchants may experience Out of Balance Issues and will need to contact Customer Service to assist.”
