Billing of Students and Former Students

Overview

Email notices are sent to students/former students/alumni with balances on their accounts.  The emails are sent on the 11th and 27th of every month to the GatorLink email address in the student directory.

  • Students are required to provide personal email addresses in the directory prior to departing from UF.

Types of charges due on the student account may include:

  • Tuition and fees
  • Non-tuition charges may include:
    • Housing
    • Dining
    • Parking
    • Student Health Care Center
    • Library fines
  • Short-term loans

Students and former students are advised to check their student accounts at ONE.UF for the details regarding charges due.

In addition, students and former students are encouraged to pay their outstanding charges on time to avoid financial holds (service indicators), late fees, and further collection actions.
